1. Information we collect
None. The app has no account system, no sign-in, no cloud service and no backend server. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, advertising identifier or any other personal data, because the app never sends us anything.
2. Camera, photos and face data
- Camera. Used only while you are on the photo-taking screen, so you can take a picture.
- Photo library (read). Used only to let you pick the photo you want to edit.
- Photo library (add). Used only to save the finished photo back to your library.
- Face detection. The app checks whether there is a single frontal face so it can warn you about submissions that would be rejected. This detection runs locally with an on-device model. Face data is never uploaded and is never stored beyond the current editing session.
- All processing — face check, background removal, retouching, outfit swap, composition and export — runs on your device. Your photos never leave it.
2.1 Face data in detail
What face data the app processes. To check that a photo contains exactly one frontal face before you use it, and to position the retouching filters correctly, the app runs a face-detection step on the photo you just took or selected. The only data involved is the image itself and a set of temporary on-device values describing where the face sits in that image (for example a bounding box and landmark points used to place effects such as skin smoothing, face slimming, eye enlargement, lipstick and blush). The app does not create or store face templates, faceprints or any biometric identifier.
How face data is used. Only to (a) warn you when a photo is unsuitable for an ID photo — no face, more than one face, or a face that is too small or not frontal — and (b) place the retouching filters on the face. Face data is never used to identify you or anyone else, never used for authentication or verification, never combined with any other information, and never used to build a profile or to train any model.
Where it is processed and stored. Entirely on your device, in memory, by on-device code (Apple CoreImage and a bundled on-device model on iOS; the Android system face detector on Android). It is not written to disk or to any storage the app controls, and it is never transmitted to us or to any server. There is no backend to send it to.
Sharing with third parties. None. Face data is never shared, disclosed, sold, licensed or transferred to any third party, and no third-party SDK, analytics service or advertising network receives it. The only network communication in the app is the optional tip payment, which is handled entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play and involves no photo and no face data.
Retention and deletion. Face data exists only for as long as the editing session is open and is discarded when you leave the editor or close the app. Nothing is retained beyond the session, on any server or anywhere else, so there is nothing for you to request or for us to delete; to remove an exported photo, simply delete it from your own photo library.
Consent. Face detection runs only on a photo you have already chosen to edit, after you have granted camera or photo library access on your device. You can decline or revoke that access at any time in your device settings, or simply close the editor, and the app will not process any face data.
3. What is stored, and where
Everything the app remembers stays in the app's private sandbox on your device:
- photos you exported (saved to your own photo library, under your control);
- an optional list of recent creations (locally generated thumbnails), for the in-app history;
- your favorites, custom sizes and export preferences.
None of this is transmitted to us or to anyone else, and we have no way to access it.
4. Network access
The app works completely offline: airplane mode does not limit any editing or export feature. The only network communication the app performs is done by Apple's App Store or Google Play billing system, and only if you choose to leave an optional tip. In that case the store processes the payment — we never receive your name, card number or any payment details, and we only learn whether a purchase completed, so the app can thank you.
5. Analytics, advertising and tracking
No analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no crash-reporting SDK, no tracking of any kind. The app does not use the advertising identifier, does not track you across other apps or websites, and therefore never asks for App Tracking Transparency permission. We show no ads.
6. Permissions
The app requests only the permissions it needs to work: camera, photo library read, and photo library add. You can review or revoke any of them at any time in your device settings.
7. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone. If you edit a photo of a child — for example for a school application — that photo is processed on your device exactly like any other photo and is never uploaded.
8. Your choices and deleting your data
- In the app: Settings → Data management lets you clear your history and favorites, and change or remove stored preferences.
- Your exported photos are ordinary files in your photo library — delete them there whenever you like.
- Uninstalling the app deletes all of its local data from your device.
Because we never receive your data, there is nothing for you to request from us and nothing for us to delete on our side.
9. Third-party components
The app includes open-source libraries for on-device AI and image processing (for example ONNX Runtime, SkiaSharp, GPUPixel and .NET MAUI components). They run locally as part of the app and do not collect or transmit personal data. In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will also be described in the app's release notes.

2. 相机、照片与人脸数据
- 相机：仅在你处于拍摄界面时使用，用于拍照。
- 相册（读取）：仅用于让你挑选要编辑的照片。
- 相册（写入）：仅用于把成品照片保存回你的相册。
- 人脸检测：用于判断是否为单人正面照，以便提醒你可能被退回的照片。检测在本地由端侧模型完成， 人脸数据不会被上传，也不会在本次编辑之外被保存。
- 所有人脸检测、AI 抠图、美颜、换装、合成与导出均在你的设备上运行，照片不会离开设备。
2.1 人脸数据详解
应用处理哪些人脸数据。为在使用前确认照片中有且仅有一张正脸，并让美颜效果准确落位， 应用会对你刚拍摄或刚选择的照片执行一次人脸检测。涉及的数据只有该图像本身，以及一组描述人脸位置的 临时端侧数值（例如人脸框与关键点，用于定位磨皮、瘦脸、大眼、唇彩、腮红等效果）。应用不会生成或保存 人脸模板（face template / faceprint）或任何生物特征标识。
人脸数据的用途。仅用于：(a) 在照片不适合作为证件照时提示你（未检测到人脸、多张人脸、 人脸过小或非正面）；(b) 让美颜滤镜准确作用于人脸。人脸数据绝不用于识别你或任何他人，不用于身份认证或 核验，不与任何其他信息结合，也不用于建立画像或训练任何模型。
处理与存储位置。全部在你的设备上于内存中完成，由端侧代码执行（iOS 使用 Apple CoreImage 与内置端侧模型，Android 使用系统人脸检测器），不写入磁盘或应用可控制的任何存储，也从不传输给我们或 任何服务器——本应用根本没有可供传输的后端。
与第三方共享。没有。人脸数据从不共享、披露、出售、授权或转移给任何第三方， 任何第三方 SDK、统计服务或广告网络都无法获取。应用唯一的网络通讯是你主动打赏时的支付流程， 该流程完全由 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 处理，不涉及任何照片或人脸数据。
保留期限与删除。人脸数据仅在你停留于编辑界面的会话期间存在，离开编辑页或关闭应用即被丢弃； 不会在会话之外保留，也不存在于任何服务器，因此你无需向我们发起任何请求，我们也没有可删除的内容； 若要删除已导出的照片，直接在你自己相册中删除即可。
授权。人脸检测只会在你已选择编辑的照片上运行，且以你在设备上授予相机或相册权限为前提。 你可以随时在系统设置中拒绝或关闭该权限，或直接关闭编辑界面，应用便不会处理任何人脸数据。
3. 数据存储位置
应用记住的所有内容都只保存在你设备上的应用私有沙盒中：
- 你导出的成品照片（保存在你自己的相册，由你掌控）；
- 可选的"最近制作"记录（本地生成的缩略图）；
- 你的收藏、自定义尺寸与导出偏好设置。
这些内容不会传给我们或任何第三方，我们也没有任何途径访问它们。
4. 网络访问
本应用完全离线可用：飞行模式下所有编辑与导出功能不受影响。唯一的网络通讯由 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 的结算系统发起，且仅在你主动选择打赏作者时发生。支付由商店完成，我们不会收到你的姓名、 卡号或任何支付信息，只会在购买完成后得知交易是否成功，以便向你致谢。
5. 统计、广告与跟踪
无统计 SDK、无广告 SDK、无崩溃上报 SDK、无任何形式的跟踪。应用不使用广告标识符，不跨应用或网站跟踪你， 因此也从不申请 App Tracking Transparency 权限。应用内没有广告。
6. 权限
应用只申请运行所必需的权限：相机、相册读取、相册写入。你可以随时在系统设置中查看或关闭。
7. 儿童
本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童，且不向任何人收集数据。如果你编辑的是儿童照片（例如入学报名照）， 该照片与其他照片一样仅在你的设备上处理，不会被上传。
8. 你的选择与数据删除
- 应用内：设置 → 数据管理 可清空历史与收藏，并可修改或删除已保存的偏好设置。
- 导出的照片是你相册中的普通文件，随时可在相册中删除。
- 卸载应用会删除它在设备上的全部本地数据。
由于我们从不接收你的数据，因此没有需要向我们请求或由我们删除的内容。
9. 第三方组件
应用包含用于端侧 AI 与图像处理的开源库（如 ONNX Runtime、SkiaSharp、GPUPixel 及 .NET MAUI 组件）， 它们作为应用的一部分在本地运行，不收集或传输个人数据。应用内购买由 Apple 或 Google 按其各自的隐私政策处理。
